Roy’s is now serving (through March 31) a winter prix fixe menu. It’s a delectable fusion of fresh winter flavors. The menu was designed by Director of Chefs, Gordon Hopkins as tribute to the spirit of Roy’s dedication to fresh, bold, seasonal flavors.
For $35 choose your first course, a Pulehu Style “Kalbi” Sirloin, Kimchee & Edamame Fried Rice, Seafood Chowder, or Crispy Chicken Katsu Salad with Creamy Asian Ranch Dressing. Then for the main course, choose from a Blackened Shrimp with Creamy Polenta, a Flat-Top Grilled Salmon Steak, a Tender Braised Pork Pot Roast, or “Hawaii Kai” Style Beef Short Ribs. For dessert choose from Roy’s Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé or a Warm Banana Crème Brulee Tart.
