I apologize for the lack of posts lately, I’ve been pretty busy with work… which is why this sounds like such a good idea. Think of it like a good end of the summer happy hour. It’s the 6th Annual Singles Cocktail Party & FUNdraiser at The Beach on Sunset (formerly Sunset Beach). From 7-11pm mix and mingle with other singles and/or status TBD. Open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres from 7-8pm with music by DJ Sean Lazarus all night. Cost is $15. Pretty cheap when you figure just a single martini can cost that much on the strip. Build up the liquid courage as you drink and eat as much as you can for the first hour! Oh yeah, proceeds will benefit the Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund. Just show up and pay at the door, no need to RSVP.
