What’s better than eating out? Eating out for a great cause. The Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation’s Dining Out to End Cancer program returns this November, offering discounts at some of LA’s best restaurants just when tight wallets need them most. This fundraising campaign is designed to partner Southern California restaurants with a world-class organization to raise funds for life-saving cancer research efforts at UCLA. During the month of November 2009, Dining Out to End Cancer card holders can present their discount cards at participating restaurants to receive a 20% discount on their check. Proceeds from the sale of Dining Out to End Cancer Cards will support cancer research at UCLA’s Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
