If someone told you they knew of a place you could get dollar beers, dollar hot dogs, gamble and listen to bad 80’s cover bands and you didn’t have to drive to Laughlin to get it what would you say? I’ll one up that… say it were real 80’s bands like Dramarama, Berlin, and Steel Pulse? Well, you can get all that without the river rats and sunburns of the Nevada border right here in LA at Hollywood Park’s Fabulous Fridays.
The concerts are free with a ten dollar clubhouse admission. Up this Friday is Super Diamond, the super awesome Neil Diamond cover band. Some of the upcoming bands are Dramarama, Flock of Seagulls with When in Rome, Steel Pulse, Led Zepagain, Berlin, and Big Head Todd. Concerts start around 10:25. Post time for the first race is 7:05.
Hollywood Park is at 1050 S. Prairie Ave. in Inglewood.
