Ready for some more bacon-y goodness? The Cast Iron Gourmet is headed to Eagle Rock Brewery for a pop-up bacon event next Sunday, November 14 from 12-6pm. Recently featured at Artisanal LA, Cast Iron Gourmet will be bringing their highly regarded signature Couch Mix— a mix of warm nuts, tossed with Candied Bacon! Along with some other porky finds, you’ll be able to pair it with some of Eagle Rock Brewery’s fine hand crafted hoppy deliciousness. Including Populist, a traditional west coast IPA; Manifesto, a Belgian-style white ale, along with others. While you’re there, order your smoked or deep friend turkey for the holidays. After you try the bacon, you can only imagine how good the turkey will be.
