As part of LA Beer Week, Brew Something LA and The Victorian present to you an event for all barrel-aged craft beer lovers on September 23, from 4-8pm. The Beauty of the Barrel features ten breweries, all pouring barrel-aged beer, and four distillers presenting barrel-aged spirits. Attendees get unlimited pours of beer from Hangar 24, Meantime, Bockor, Drake’s, The Bruery, Eagle Rock, New Belgium, Firestone Walker, Ballast Point, and Ladyface.
Featured spirit and beer bartenders for the event are Luke Wederbrook (Bols Genever and Ladyface Trebuchet), Alex Straus (Atlantico Reserva Rum and Ballast Point TBD), Brad Twigg (Buffalo Trace and Hangar 24 Hammerhead), and Jason Schiffer (Spirit and Beer TBD).
All beer lovers in attendance will receive a single 4oz pour of each barrel-aged beer not featured in a cocktail, as well as a full serving of each available cocktail.
