Wine Dinner at Ba Restaurant

Join Southwest/Cahors Organic & Biodynamic wine producer Fabien Jouves and J-B Dhalluin from importer Return to Terroir, paired with the French gourmet cuisine of James Graham, chef and owner of Ba Restaurant in Highland Park. This local and sustainable restaurant will feature a delicious 3 course meal on Tuesday, September 4.

For your first course, Heirloom Tomato and Bitter Greens or Grilled Prawns and Vegetable Pepper Coulis paired with a glass of La Cadette de Fitere, Gascony. Your second course includes a choice of Poussin Rôti a Roast Cornish Game Hen with Morels & Butternut Squash
or Roasted Summer Vegetables with Portobello Greens, or Duck Confit with Fennel Slaw. It’s paired with a glass of Mas del Perie, Fabien Jouves, Cahors. And for dessert, Wedding Cake
or Crème Brûlée paired with Floc de Gascogne, Aperitif, Gascony.
