Wine Tasting Under the Stars at the Beverly Hilton

People come from all parts of the globe just to spend an afternoon or stay the night at the historic Beverly Hilton, making it one of the top spots to visit in Los Angeles. Here’s your chance to attend an exclusive wine pairing dinner at the newly redesigned Aqua Star Pool designed by Hollywood stylist Estee Stanley. This “Wine Tasting Under the Stars” will feature an exquisite pairing menu from Chef Zach Gochin, served with wines from Woodstock Wines.

Guests will dine on dishes like the twelve-hour braised short ribs infused with blackberry, grapes and cinnamon on creamy polenta or the seared scallops with cauliflower cous-cous and crisp julienne carrots among many other gourmet selections. “Wine Tasting Under the Stars” is the first wine dinner that The Beverly Hilton has presented to the local community, and will take place on Thursday, August 22, from 7pm – 10pm.     I went to this event. It was ok. Wines excellent but Id expect more creativity on the food menu with such great wines. What a shame.

    Bummer to hear the food wasn’t as good as it should have been. But at least the wines were great!
