Culver City’s favorite nose to tail eatery Waterloo & City is hosting the wine makers from Tablas Creek Vineyard for a very special 6 course wine pairing menu on April 16. Not only is wine maker Neil Collins from Tablas Creek pouring his wonderful wines, they are also bringing one of their Gloucester Old Spot Pigs along, prepared snout to tail style by Chef Brendan Collins.
