Lincourt Wines is partnering with The Churchill for a 5-course tasting menu and wine pairing dinner. Lincourt winemaker Leslie Mead Renaud will be on hand to explain the pairings and talk about the winery. Lincourt, located just outside of Los Olivos, is in the Sta Rita Hills region of Santa Barbra. A smaller venture for owner Bill Foley of Foley Winery, they produce everything from Cab Sauv, Pinot, Syrah, Chard, and Pinot Blanc. It’s one of our favorite stops when traveling to Santa Barbara, perched on the hillside, perfect for a spring picnic. The menu ranges from a Frisee, Watercress, and Wild Strawberry Salad to a rich and hearty Petite Chateaubriand duxelle. At just $65 a person, this is a meal you can’t afford to miss.
