I’ve been driving past Jack’s Chili Factory for nearly two years. It was almost always empty, and closed most of the time. Then all of the sudden it was packed and a sign went up just below Jack’s sign… Earlez Grille. I was intrigued. So I finally stopped today and I share this new found gem with you. Formally located further down Crenshaw (they moved into this spot when they outgrew their smaller location), Earlez specialty is hot dogs. But these aren’t your average boiled or steamed dogs. Their dogs are sliced down the center then charbroiled.
Order the plain beef, the spicy beef hot link, turkey dog, or their popular spicy chicken link. Lots of veggie items here too, like veggie dogs, burgers, chili and chicken. Finish it all off with some homemade banana pudding or any one of their pies and cakes. Oh and they are hiring too…
