The inaugural LA Bacon Festival, presented by Mendocino Farms, heads to the Peterson Automotive Museum in the Miracle Mile on February 9th (2-6pm). This swine centric event will pay homage to all things bacon of course, including sweet and savory. If you don’t get enough pork in your life, sample bacon infused items from bakeries and restaurants like Mendocino Farms, Messhall, Muddy Leak, Starry Kitchen, Hott’s Kitchen, Public Kitchen and Bar, Slater’s 50/50, Cliff’s Edge and more.
With all that salty, sweet pork you’ll need a drink. Good thing for you there will be over 20 beers on tap including Deschutes, Lagunitas, Drakes, Karl Strauss, Ballast Point and more. VIP admission gets you in an hour earlier and access to specialty cocktails. After grubbing check out the numerous 4 wheeled rare and vintage motorcars throughout the museum.
